KOA Reservation/Cancellation Guidelines:

A deposit for your first night will be charged to your credit card when you make your reservation. You'll receive a confirmation email once you've completed your reservation.

Need to Cancel? Please call (800) 562-1239 before these deadlines to receive your deposit refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee. *All cancellations will incur a $10 cancellation fee:

Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.

• RV/Tent Sites: 48 hours required Notify your selected KOA by 4 p.m. two days before your scheduled arrival date.
• Kamping Kabins: 7 days required Notify your selected KOA one week before your arrival scheduled arrival date.
• Specialty Lodging: These lodgings may have special deposit and cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA Kampground location when making your reservations.
• Holidays and Event Weekends: may have special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events. Please check with your selected KOA for details.

Campground Cancellation Policy: HOLIDAY/SPECIAL EVENT DEPOSIT: Holiday/special event stays require a mini- mum 2 night stay. A credit card deposit equal to the registration charges for your full-stay is required to guarantee your reservation. Holiday/spec-ial event reservations made after the holiday/special event deadline will require a nonrefundable full-stay deposit.

*Kamping Kabins/Lodges: 3 weeks required. Please notify us by 4 p.m. Eastern Time 3 weeks before your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made after the holiday/special event deadlines will result ina cancellation charge equal to a 2 night stay. Refunds or rainchecks will not be given for early departures on holiday/special event stays.

EARLY DEPARTURES: If you must leave prior to your scheduled departure date,a raincheck reservation will be made for you. You must give a new date of arrival for the raincheck reservation to be valid. If you leave without providing a date for the raincheck reservation, you will forfeit your un- used days. Rainchecks must be used within one year and are non-transferableto any person or another KOA campground. Rainchecks cannot be used for a holiday or special event stay and

Pet Policy: Four-legged Campers Are Welcome!

Some visitors enjoy sharing the pleasures of camping with their dogs or cats. To ensure that all guests have a safe and enjoyable experience, KOA has established some guidelines.

Before You Go:

• Call ahead. Check with the campground about its specific pet policies. Some don't allow pets in Kamping Kabins, for example, or may have limited pet units. Others don't accept particular breeds that insurance providers have identified as having a history of aggression.
• Bring your helper.Service dogs are welcomed at all KOA Kampgrounds. (Leash and aggressive behavior rules apply.)

When You Arrive:

• Good behavior is required. Dogs of any breed that are hostile or aggressive will be asked to leave the campground, along with their owners.
• Bring the leash. Dogs must be kept on leashes no longer than 6 feet when outside their owners' vehicles or rental units. Do not leave a tethered dog unattended.
• Remember manners. Constant barking bothers other campers. If your pet is too vocal, you'll need to find other accommodations.
